Technical Features:


1. The opening and closing are flexible, and the valve core has no scouring. 


During the opening and closing process of the dome valve, the valve core and the special rubber sealing ring maintain a gap of 0.81.5mm. 

The valve core has no contact with the sealing ring when it is in motion. The running resistance is small, the rotation is flexible and reliable. ; 

When the valve is opened, the material port is fully circulated without obstruction, which avoids the direct scouring of the material to the valve core.


2. Tight sealing and excellent performance. 


The dome valve is sealed with a special inflatable rubber sealing ring, which has good sealing performance. 

When the dome valve is in the closed state, the rubber sealing ring is inflated and expanded, 

and is tightly wrapped on the spherical valve core to form a very reliable sealing ring with tight sealing, 

which can effectively intercept the flow of materials in the pipeline.


3. Exquisite selection of materials and scientific technology. 


The valve core is the core component of the dome valve. Different wear-resistant materials are used according to the different operating conditions 

to make the product have the characteristics of wear resistance and erosion resistance. The smooth and hard surface of the valve core ensures the compatibility of the valve core and the rubber seal ring. 

Close contact to achieve a better sealing configuration.


4. Automatic control and reliable operation. 


The pneumatic actuator of the dome valve adopts fully enclosed rotary push rod type straight cylinder drive, quarter-stroke cylinder or sector cylinder, 

rotary output, reliable performance and large output torque, which can meet the working conditions under severe working conditions.

The dome valve core is a spherical dome. During the opening and closing process of the dome valve, 

there is a gap of about 2mm between the valve core and the rubber sealing ring, so that the valve core and the rubber sealing ring can move in a non-contact manner. 

The purpose is There is no friction between the valve core and the sealing ring, and wear is reduced. The pneumatic actuator of the dome valve is a fully enclosed rotary push rod cylinder, 

which directly drives the dome valve to rotate, effectively preventing dust from entering it and causing wear and leakage. 


When the dome valve is in the closed state, the rubber sealing ring is inflated and expands and presses tightly on the spherical dome valve core, 

thereby forming a very reliable sealing ring, which prevents the flow of materials in the pipeline. When the dome valve is opened, the rubber sealing ring is exhausted, 

and the spool of the dome valve opens, and the valve opens at this time.


The dome valve core adopts different materials and different hardening treatments on the surface according to the different use occasions. 

The smooth and hard surface of the valve core can ensure good and close contact with the rubber sealing ring to ensure reliable sealing. 

The rubber sealing ring is made of special materials, which has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, 

wear resistance, aging resistance, etc., and has a long service life. When the valve is opened, the flow of the material port is unobstructed.

● Nominal diameter: DN50-300 (also can be customized according to customer needs)

● Nominal pressure 1.0—1.6MPa

● Pneumatic actuator working pressure: 0.4-0.6MPa, the inflation pressure of the sealing ring is 0.4-0.6MPa and is higher than the delivery pressure 0.15MPa, using clean, dry, oil-free compressed air.

● Applicable temperature≤250℃

● Applicable medium: fly ash, slag, dry dust, solid particles, gas, liquid, etc.

● Scope of application:

1. Dry ash system of thermal power plant (used as feed valve, discharge valve, breather valve, balance valve, exhaust valve, plug valve, ash unloading valve).

2. Bulk material conveying system in cement, chemical, metallurgy, paper, pharmaceutical and other industries.

3. All kinds of wearable media are used for opening and closing the pipeline.
