Application:

This gate valve is suitable for opening and closing or adjusting the flow of various wear and corrosive slurry and particle pipelines in power plants, mines, 

papermaking, metallurgy, chemical industries, etc. The nominal pressure is 0.6-1.6MPa, and the temperature is -40℃-1000℃. 

The sealing form is divided into three categories: metal hard seal, wear-resistant ceramic seal, and soft seal, with good sealing performance. 

High compressive strength, good abrasion resistance of the sealing surface, easy installation, flexible switch, less dust jam and ash formation, and long service life.

Technical Features:

1. The fully circular straight channel design of this valve does not contain slag or jam. The bottom end of the valve plate is processed into a knife-edge shape, 

which has a cutting function for soft materials such as fiber, pulp and wood pulp, and has a good opening and closing function. 

The valve plate is finely ground and polished to obtain a better sealing effect. It has compact design, small space occupation, light weight, low price, easy installation, 

perfect wear-resistant and anti-blocking measures, easy maintenance, convenient use and long life, and the drive device can be selected arbitrarily.

2. The valve body and packing culvert are all precision castings. The valve body adopts flange-type integral casting. 

The material can be WCB, 304, 316, 316L, 2Crl3 according to user needs, and the sealing ring adopts graphite packing and PTFE reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene. Vinyl material, corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, non-stick slag.

3. The valve plate has 5 supporting points, so that the valve plate has a good self-centering. 

When the valve is closed and under back pressure, the valve plate does not deviate.

4. The thin gate valve can be equipped with handwheel, sprocket, hydraulic, pneumatic and electric.

5. The connection forms of this valve include wafer type and flange type. The sealing forms include metal hard seal, wear-resistant ceramic seal, and soft seal. 

The ceramic seal and soft seal seat can be disassembled and replaced after wear. It is convenient for maintenance. At the same time, it also reduces the user's cost of use.

6. Applicable medium: fly ash, gold ore powder, tailings, paper pulp, wood pulp, fiber, dust, chemical treatment sewage, sedimentation tank, ore, slag, coal slime, asphalt, silo outlet, fruit, grain, Cement slurry, slaughterhouse wastewater, etc.
