Introduction:

The expansion joints used for Power industries are designed according to EJMA latest version and combined with GB/T 12777-2008 standard. 

They can provide good flexibility, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and super cycle life. We design them to meet the ducts' axial, 

lateral and angular planes movements. And we had successfully provided expansion joints to hundreds of above 600MW power plants for many years since 1993 years, 

no quality problem and quality is stable and reliable.

Application Fields:


Nuclear Power Plant: Mainly used for Steam Turbine Generator Unit, thermal and heating pipelines, pumps ect. 

For example, cylinders connection pipes, extraction steam pipe, exhaust pipe, pump inlet and outlet ducts. 

And it is usually adopting unrestraint expansion joints, lateral expansion joints, tie expansion joints and pressure balanced type expansion joints.

Thermal Power Plant: Mainly used for hot water pipelines and steam pipelines district heating networks. 

And it is usually adopting axial internal and external expansion joints, lateral expansion joints and hinge type expansion joints.

Heat-engine Power Plant: Mainly used for hot air ducts, exhaust ducts and high vibration ducts, desulfuration ducts. 

And it is usually adopting axial expansion joints, lateral expansion joints, hinge expansion joints, coal duct expansion joints, 

rectangular expansion joints, high temperature corrosion resistance non-metal expansion joints and common fabric expansion joints.

Hydropower Plant: Mainly adopting large diameter expansion joints used for water turbine pressure ducts. 

The diameters usually are very big(some bigger than 10m) and used for absorbing axial and lateral displacement caused by temperature floating and foundation settlement. 

At the same time, the pressure is usually very big, the highest will be 70 bar.
