Application:


This valve is mainly used in the fly ash pneumatic conveying system of thermal power generation enterprises, 

as a warehouse pump discharge valve, balance valve, exhaust valve, and plugging valve. 

It can also be used as a pipeline switching valve and an ash unloading valve. At the same time, 

it can also be used for opening and closing the pipelines with various wearable dry dust, water, 

steam and other media such as cement, mining, papermaking, and chemical industries.

Technical Feature:

 

This valve is a double gate valve, which is sealed in any direction after being closed. The valve body is made of precision cast steel parts, the sealing packing is made of wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant fluorine rubber sealing components, 

and the sealing surface between the valve plate and the valve seat is made of wear-resistant cemented carbide or wear-resistant toughened structural ceramics. 

The surface is smooth and the hardness can reach 60. ~70HRC, which solves the problem that the sealing surface is easily eroded due to material scouring and the service life is not long. 

The service life is 5-10 times longer than that of ordinary material valves, which brings ideal use effects and economic benefits to users, and greatly improves the equipment Safety and stability of operation.

This valve has the characteristics of good sealing performance, strong wear resistance, high temperature resistance, low starting load, no dust jam or dust accumulation, and long service life.

Working Principle:

 

When the air input from the upper air inlet, the valve stem drives the valve plate to move downward, and the valve is closed. 

When the air input from the lower air inlet, the valve stem drives the valve plate to move upward, and the valve opens. 

A spring is loaded between the valve plate and the valve seat. The spring force always presses the valve plate against the valve seat 

to ensure the sealing of the valve, and allows the valve plate to move vertically up and down, which helps to compensate for the thermal expansion 

and contraction of the valve parts, and It can overcome the influence of any back pressure changes on the seal and prevent particulate media from entering between the two sealing surfaces. 

During the opening and closing process, the valve plate can rotate to make grinding and polishing effects between the sealing surfaces, and because the valve body is eccentric to the passage, 

vortex flow will be generated when the material is opened and discharged, and the formed material vortex will clean the valve by itself. Lumen. 

All these characteristics make this valve have a long service life and provide a reliable guarantee for the safe operation of your system.

Installation and Using:


1. Read the manual carefully before installation, and check the valve model, diameter and technical parameters.

2. It is strictly forbidden to weld the flange after installing the valve. The valve installation distance reserved in the pipeline should be appropriate, and gaskets should be added on both sides of the flange.

3. The center of the two pipelines and the center of the valve diameter should be kept coaxial, the flange surface should be flat, 

and no large deviation of the flange surface is allowed to ensure the clamping and normal operation of the valve. Tighten the bolts should be even and symmetrical
