Application:

The silo top switch valve is installed on the top of the silo and is used for switching between the conveying pipeline silo. 

It has the advantages of convenient switching, good sealing, compact structure and small footprint. It is an important part of the pneumatic conveying system.

The valve adopts an inflatable sealing ring. When the valve is opened and closed, there is no contact between the valve core and the sealing ring. 

After the valve is switched, the sealing ring is inflated to achieve elastic deformation for sealing.

Valve installation, use and maintenance

The valve should be cleaned before installation, and the defects that may be caused during transportation should be eliminated. 

Check carefully whether the identification and nameplate on the valve meet the requirements for use. 

This valve can only be installed on horizontal pipelines. If it is stored for a long time, it should be stored in a dry and ventilated room 

and checked regularly to prevent rust. Prevent bumps during transportation.
